My company is undergoing a website redesign also and I was impressed with how organized your approach has been, do you have any resources (checklists, books, blogs, etc.) you are referring to that you could recommend?

Another redesign eh? Seems to be going around these days.
Actually, I don’t have an official book or checklist I go by. Everything we’re doing here is basically from a cocktail of best practices I’ve encountered through my experiences working at a marketing/pr firm and for a couple large internet companies (Gap, Inc. and the Cobalt Group). There are a couple blogs I read religiously too that come in handy for inspiration/ideas.
Let me see if I can’t put together a quick list of a few resources to help you in your redesign. I’ll send you an email very soon.
